How can I track my order on Royal Mail and Evri ?

If you’ve chosen any delivery, your tracking link will be included in your despatch email. Our standard and next-day delivery orders are shipped by Evri*, and we highly recommend downloading the Evri app. It’s free to download from the App Store or Google Play and offers many benefits.

If you won’t be home, you can easily divert your parcel to a neighbour or local ParcelShop/locker. You can also set up a safe space like a garage, porch, or shed. We understand that orders may occasionally be misplaced or delayed.
